Three Canyons Kitchen Update
Designer: Ryeleigh Rosek of Sierra Remodeling & Home Builders, Inc.
Problem: A bachelor’s kitchen needed an update that fit the flow of his home in Three Canyons near Hereford, Arizona.
Solution:
After evaluating this beautiful southwestern home and the client’s vision for a new kitchen, together we selected the best products that fit his lifestyle and budget.
The existing cabinets were a perfect candidate for Sierra Remodeling’s cabinet refacing solution which isn’t as invasive as a complete cabinet tear out.
We replaced the old cabinet doors with Showplace’s Pendleton style cherry wood cabinet doors. The finish is autumn with a satin sheen that is a little easier to clean (than matte). The client chose a walnut glaze to add the impression of natural aging to his cabinetry.
Our designer, Ryeleigh, added galvanized pipe shelving to accent and pull together the rustic/industrial look of this kitchen and, give it that masculine appeal.
Venetian gold granite countertops and an aged hickory floor complimented the cabinetry.
The customer chose a stainless steel hood with a chimney that runs all the way up the wall drawing the eyes up to the vaulted ceilings and adding dimension.
Paint colors were “Concord Buff” for the kitchen and “Creme de Caramel” for the dining accent wall. New pendant light fixtures added the finishing touches to a modern, powerful kitchen update!
